About me
I’ve been working out since the age of 16, which gives me 20 years of experience with lifting. Going through hundreds and hundreds of different programs, supplements you name it. I’ve found that the simple things have always worked best. Today there are so many different programs and supplements to choose from that it confuses the new muscle building addict and can even stop them from working out at all.
I’m here to help you with your muscle building. If you will just stay consistent with your workouts and record your gains and push to improve on your previous reps and weight you will have to become bigger and stronger. It’s simple science.
Every time you work your muscles harder than the time before, they break down and have to rebuild with new protein, thereby becoming bigger which makes you stronger. Now you can lift a little more weight and the process starts again. See how simple it is? Add weight or reps to each workout and you grow. Don’t forget that you have to feed them muscle protein and give it time to heal. When you are resting is actually when your muscles are healing by adding protein to the small tears that occurred during your workout.
